For goods sold on we generally accept returns upon agreement within 30 calendar days of receiving your order. This is not an automated process. Please email us directly to provide you with an RMA number, shipping label and return address.

You pay for the postage to us including any import duties or customs that may be needed and you make sure it arrives in one piece.

If it is our fault we pay for repair or replacement and shipping back to you via registered delivery with tracking.

If you simply change your mind and want another item you will be charged for the second postage costs plus any difference in the item’s price.

If you return an item, make sure it is in a sellable condition. Otherwise we will not be able to refund in full.
