We generally accept returns upon agreement within 30 calendar days of receiving your order. This is not an automated process. Please email us directly.

You pay for the postage to us including any import duties or customs that may be needed and you make sure it arrives in one piece.

If it is our fault we pay for repair or replacement and shipping back to you via registered delivery with tracking.

If you return an item, make sure it is in a sellable condition. Otherwise we will not be able to refund in full.
